| Abstrak | Program of KKU (Learn to Work Effort) representing one of the program of projected for the grow of soul of entrepreneur student which is very mean. Execution of KKU take place during 5 month, that is month, that is month of Juni until Oktober 2007. Place Industy take place it of KKU is deer industry home of Kujang Mas of and Soreang of Hanjuang Bajigur Bandrek industry in district of Cihanjuan , peripatetic is tradisional beverage area of bajigur bandrek. Execution strategi ralete at prinsif compatibility of science area with Kku mitea, active participation prinsife, and openness prinsif. Target of KKU to be student can improve, knowledge of and attitude of skill and also exprerience in so many industrial area matter and also compere study is wich during the time obtained in theory with fact of field practice. Benerfit of KKU intertwining of coorperation relation among LPM UPI with UKM spesially beverage industry of tradisional bajigur bandrek, the forming of model of KKU able to be made by model of magang in other place. Action of program with inolvement of student in converting to learn with more UKM parner at product process of management UKM. Monitoring and evaluation conducted by counsellor of KKU and executor team. Monev condected by counsellor lecturer. Final of program KKU, student do anthusiasm result of as according schedule which have been determined. Acquirment of storey, level of greeting of this program is : 20 % for the fee of management service, 65 % for the exterior of marketing service, 90-95 % for exterior of skill service and making of plan, 85 % busines for the exterior of cooperation of institute. Follow-up needed by adjacent program in result of KKU in the case of making of data base of UKM, development of production, make-up of marketing and quality and also extend partner network to increase marketing. From the make-up of human resourch can throuth inwrought contruction on duty doing concern related institution (continue) or adjacent with definition (time limit) matching with requirement of UKM and also through research action which engtangle student.
